We even came up with an idea for a TV show he could co-star in with chef Emeril Lagasse.

It was great to sit down with Oden for a one-on-one conversation. I came away very impressed with the poise this young man (turns 20 on January 22nd) possesses. He's going to be a beast when he steps on to the court next season for the Portland Trail Blazers. And he'll be a fixture in the Portland community for many years to come.
