Congratulations to Tim Arnold for Winning the SBR March Madness Pool

Tim Arnold of St. Louis is the winner of the 2nd Annual Sports Business Radio March Madness Bracket Challenge. Tim is the only person in the pool who correctly picked the Kansas Jayhawks to win the NCAA Championship. For his winning effort, Tim will enjoy dinner on us at Morton's the Steakhouse.
Kudos should also be given to our youngest entrant - 6-year old Jack Forman of Portland. Jack finished in 2nd place and if Memphis could have made their free throws down the stretch this evening, a 6-year old would have beaten us all in the bracket challenge. (For the record, the host of SBR finished a distant 14th, which shows you how little I know about picking games).
But the biggest winner of all tonight may be Kansas Head Coach Bill Self. By winning the National Championship tonight, Self will likely start a bidding war for his services between Kansas and Self's alma mater, Oklahoma State. Some reports out this evening say Oklahoma State is prepared to make Self a lucrative offer which will include a $6M signing bonus to lead the Cowboys.
