Steve Nash is the $60M Man in New Nike Commercial

OK, I'm a little excited. Steve Nash of the Phoenix Suns is my favorite athlete on the planet. And when I was growing up, "The Six Million Dollar Man" starring Lee Majors as the bionic man was my favorite TV show (OK, so maybe I was a nerd).

Nash and my favorite show from my childhood collide in this new Nike spot that also features cameos by Nash's teammates Amare Stoudemire and Raja Bell (love those afros!)

In real life, Nash will need to become bionic if he wants to lead his Suns past the Spurs in the NBA Playoffs - the Suns find themselves down 2-0.

Nash is no stranger to cool Nike spots. He created his own spot in New York City over the summer on a measley $30K budget and its one of my favorite Nike spots ever.

Nash deserves every penny

I cannot have anything but high hopes and respect for Mr. Nash. Imagine how much better the NBA would be if everyone played with the intensity and integrity that Steve does 82 times a season.
