Nike Golf's Cindy Davis and SI/CBS Sports' Seth Davis Headline This Weekend's Edition of SBR

Terrific guests lined up for you on this weekend's edition of Sports Business Radio.

Cindy Davis, the President of Nike Golf joins us to discuss the return of Tiger Woods after an 8-month hiatus. I'll talk to Davis about the impact Tiger has on the business of Nike Golf as well as the new TV spot the company produced for his return this week. I'll also ask Davis about the future plans of the company regarding Michelle Wie, who has been a big disappointment on the LPGA tour since she turned pro.

I'm sure NBC is disappointed that Tiger Woods was eliminated from the WGC Accenture Match Play event today. The network had touted that "Tiger is Back" in their ads this week, but their coverage will be Tiger-less this weekend. Bad news for them.

Also joining me on Sports Business Radio this weekend is Seth Davis. Davis covers college basketball for Sports Illustrated and CBS Sports and is a familiar face come NCAA tournament time. Seth has a new book out called WHEN MARCH WENT MAD: The Game That Transformed Basketball. The Book looks back on the 1979 NCAA Championship game between Larry Bird's undefeated Indiana State Sycamores and Magic Johnson's Michigan State Spartans. Seth has some revealing insight in the book and we'll discuss the book on this weekend's show.

You'll learn several new things you've never heard before if you tune in this weekend - I promise you!

Talk to you this weekend.
